101 things to avoid if you wish to gain and maintain optimal health:

  4. Stay away from pharmaceuticals
  5. Don’t drink tap water (Chemicals)

  10. Do not eat MSG
  11. Stay away from bread, but if you must, eat whole wheat without dairy

  14. Do not cook your food (anything that goes into your mouth), cooking kills, how much energy can you get from dead food?

  95. Do not argue with anyone – their opinion is theirs, quit wasting your time – talk to someone who wants to listen
