The 101 Health Steps

Gain and maintain optimal health:

  1. Eat only raw, organic, fresh, ripe, low-fat, whole, plant-based food (fruits and vegetables as per The 80/10/10 Diet)
  2. Only drink distilled water or water from an atmospheric water generator; drink a little water all day long, but start your day with at least a liter
  3. Learn how to breathe – take long deep breathes all day long (O2 does not feed cancer)
  4. Breathe fresh air – country air is better
  5. Get sunshine  daily for your vitamin D; at least an hour a day (Move somewhere that you can)
  6. Smile – post up reminders so you do not forget or watch a comedy
  7. Eat a banana as your before bed meal for a really good night sleep
  8. Eat one organic vegetable platter a day with: cucumber, spinach, tomatoes, and bell peppers
  9. Eat an organic apple everyday – Including the seeds – or make a meal of them
  10. Take time to relax during the day (5 minute break will suffice) a massage or meditation works here
  11. Test and keep your body at a pH balance – disease cannot live in a pH balanced environment
  12. Squat when you eliminate to maximize the evacuation of feces
  13. If you do not like vegetables, juice them to start – helps with pH balance – the least you should do
  14. Be in the now – focus on what you are doing at the time – there is no past or future
  15. Do a colon cleanse  (Or simply eat only raw fruits and vegetables and let them do it)
  16. Do a liver cleanse (Milk Thistle or simply eat only raw fruits and vegetables and let them do it)
  17. Do a gallbladder cleanse (Or simply eat only raw fruits and vegetables and let them do it)
  18. Buy magnetic finger rings
  19. Buy magnetic toe rings
  20. Do Oil Pulling to remove toxins from your body or simply eat only raw fruits and vegetables and let them do it
  21. Do bioenergetic synchronization techniques
  22. Use a magnetic mattress pad – sleep well for the rest of your life: the key to healing
  23. Sweat – that is the way your body cleans out the toxins: use safe deodorants
  24. Visit a chiropractor regularly – make an adjustment
  25. Avoid or neutralize electro magnetic fields
  26. Visit a herbalist (Or get on a low-fat raw vegan diet)
  27. Use a homeopathic practitioner (ND) when or if really needed
  28. Go on a juice only fast – at least 1 liter of organic juice per meal times 4 (Or just eat raw fruits and vegetables)
  29. Add digestive enzymes to your diet – helps with digestion (Optional: if you eat raw, whole fruits and vegetables)
  30. Take digestive enzymes between meals – for cleaning unless you eat raw, whole fruits and vegetables, this is optional
  31. Think positively – too important to ignore (What you think about you bring about) and important for digestion
  32. Speak positively (Similar results as thinking positively)
  33. Take some time alone during the day – meditate, sun gaze, palming, or sunning
  34. Get an air purifier (and a negative ion machine) – be sure to find a good one
  35. Listen to classical music once a day – keeps your heart beat at a relaxed pace – good for learning and thinking
  36. Use bio-compatible products when cleaning – no chemicals
  37. Salts and minerals are naturally found in vegetables
  38. Speak softly and always remain calm – helps with nervous system and digestion
  39. Eat early in the evening (fruit, a salad or vegetable platter will work here)
  40. Hug

  42. Use a shower filter (Chemicals get absorbed into your body through the skin & gas chamber effect from steam)
  43. Drive calmly, get driven or walk! – driving is too stressful for most people
  44. Talk to people in person – stay away from cell phones
  45. Use the regular post sometime – it gives you a break from e-mail

  48. Watch positive films and documentaries only
  49. Watch comedies for entertainment
  50. Be lighthearted
  51. Use natural sunlight for lighting
  52. Buy some plants for your home; you were born to be around plants
  53. Plant a garden and eat your own food
  54. Make your own air freshener with essential oils in a water spray bottle
  55. Use vinegar, baking soda, hydrogen peroxide, and water dilute essential oils to clean things around your home and office
  56. Wash your body with baking soda, as a scrub, and use water diluted essential oil as body soap
  57. Get extra rest between Friday sundown to Saturday sundown – according to the moon cycle
  58. Get out of debt – the borrower is servant to the lender, not to mention extra stress
  59. Get a pet – unconditional love, cannot beat it; feed them raw meat only
  60. Exercise – everyday (Run, swim, push ups, sit ups and squats – no gym required – do 100 a day of each to start)
  61. Buy and use a rebounded (mini trampoline) – cellular exercise
  62. Endurance train – walk long distances
  63. Strength train – medium heavy weights
  64. Speed train – compete with yourself – see how fast you can do something
  65. Balance train
  66. Stretch – just like the animals do (Train to do the splits)
  67. Look into Rolfing
  68. Buy and use an inversion table – like a bat or batman
  69. Buy and use a range of motion machine (Only for the rich – it is quite expensive) for exercise
  70. Go to bed when the sun goes down or as early as possible, well before 10pm – it gets dark for a reason
  71. Sleeping 9 hours a day is a good average – 10 to 11 is good too (listen to your body) sleeping charges your energy
  72. Take a nap – 2pm is good, afternoon recharge, even for 5 minutes
  73. Do Tai chi
  74. Take up boxing or some sort of self-defense lessons
  75. Add Aromatherapy to your life
  76. Wear white or light colors
  77. Wear organic, non-toxic clothing – hemp or cotton – and avoid animal products such as leather and wool etc.
  78. Use full spectrum lighting or sunshine
  79. Wake up naturally versus with an alarm clock
  80. Make or prepare your own food
  81. Read positive things – create post -it notes around you (write down goals)
  82. Have sex – it is natural and healthy (do your own research or wait for the 101 Health Steps book)
  83. Use foot Orthotics – people are usually on them all day
  84. Buy a paper shredder for peace of mind and to avoid problems
  85. Write down goals and complete them
  86. Buy a fire extinguisher for safety and peace of mind -always be prepared
  87. Learn about “Triangles of Life” to protect yourself in the case of an earthquake
  88. Sun Gaze
  89. Learn how to protect your privacy
  90. Do some Sunning everyday – assists to recover your vision, reduce the need for sunglasses, and meditate
  91. Use your eyes versus sunglasses that block the healing nutrients from the sun
  92. Swim in the ocean or a lake (nature only) – no pools
  93. Be kind and do nice random acts
  94. Smile at everyone and watch them smile back
  95. Speak with a pleasant nice tone – learn how if you have to
  96. Blink: this is a habit which helps to improve vision
  97. Take some time alone: holiday for one
  98. Reflect and be thankful
  99. Love – it is natural
  100. Trust – it is only fair
  101. Enjoy life and do your best everyday (work to live, not live to work)
