www.medicinenet.com states that, “LDL cholesterol reduction is only half of the battle against atherosclerosis. Individuals who have normal or only mildly elevated LDL cholesterol levels can still develop atherosclerosis and heart attacks even in the absence of other risk factors such as cigarette smoking, high blood pressure, and diabetes mellitus. Additionally, successfully lowering elevated LDL cholesterol levels cannot always prevent atherosclerosis and heart attacks.”

Being a risk factor by lowering and raising the high and low density lipoproteins unnaturally becomes a risk for heart disease and a rise in blood cholesterol levels because of saturated fat and trans-fats.

Butter cannot be left out on the counter, however, margarine and you will never see a single organism touch it or poke around it during the whole time of it being left out even if that time were a year. This is because no other life form besides humans consider it as a food, we are void of our six sense and have been since inception because of the level of intelligence we have acquired, we are too smart for our own good, PhD = Permanent Head Damage.

After world war two, mothers returned back to their homes concerned with health and nutrition. They learned that butter, through corporate misinformation, that butter was not good for people and the alternative, margarine, was the savior of this problem. The margarine theory was sold to doctors all over the country, as all pharmaceuticals are done today, and with their ignorance promoted margarine as they do vaccines and non-bio compatible drugs today, which so happen to all have an additional effect that comes with it, no, not side effect, effect! In addition, butter is acidic, which is the breeding ground for disease, no bacteria can live in a pH neutral environment.

Stay away from this neuro-toxin unless dis-ease,  cancer, and a soft kill  is your goal.  If you do not believe this articles and the hundreds like it, you will soon enough, when you start receiving the health problems that come with ignoring this knowledge, and to the rest of you, congratulations!

  1. It’s true, margarine does affect your health in many ways, none of which are beneficial.
    But many people don’t know its other name: hydrogenated (or hardened) vegetable oil.
    Just try reading the labels of most biscuits and cookies in the store – you’ll find it everywhere!
