Move it or lose it, we have all heard this saying, but do you know how true it is? Diet is only a part of the equation, another piece of the equation pie is exercise. There is no cost for this. Exercise is free. When one thinks of a cell in a laboratory doing nothing, one might think about a build up of waste and bacteria, and perhaps death. Unless you move the waste out, it will go absolutely nowhere finally giving us dis-ease and health issues. We need to stimulate our body cells by exercise and movement. Lack of movement can promote sickness and reduce life span.
Rebounder
One of the methods becoming more common in the alternative health arena is rebounding on a Rebounder, which is just a fancy name for a mini-trampoline. Jumping up and down literally 5-20 minutes a day, twice if possible, is the minimum you should be giving your cells. This exercise will simultaneously stimulate your cells, giving you a healthy body before you know it. You do not have to only jump on it with your feet, you can even try bouncing from your behind and really working your abs, or your knees or one foot at at time, the ideas can go as far as your imagination can go.
Body Weight
Another additional method is to do body weight exercise. No, you do not need a gym, the world is your gym as given to you by nature. Did you know that one of the strongest animals by weight class is in the monkey family? The orangutan hangs just about all day pulling itself up all day long building the strongest upper body of mammals in its weight class. Using your own weight is only one point of view, not disregard the other methods of exercise; however, this is just a means to get you started to do something. You do not need a gym to get exercise, you can start now, you have no excuses: push-ups, sit-ups, crunches, squats, walking, and the list goes on. It is as simple as doing 10-30 minutes of 100 reps a day of at least three different exercises, and you do not even need to have a set routine. Change your reps and sets regularly – remember the orangutan? I would not expect that the orangutan in the wild does a specific sets or reps of climbs a day, it would be logical to believe that it mixes it up throughout the day and all year long. Believe it or not, this is an exercise system that some of the most amazing professionals in sports use, it can last between 10-30 minutes a day, and because you are doing functional movement, there is no need for a day or week off to let your muscles have a break – the orangutan does not take a day off from climbing trees.
Synthesis
There is a huge and apparent link between exercise and sickness buildup. Evidence has shown that after exercising a persons respiratory may show some clearing, because of the hormones and the blood that are on the move, the movement starts to push the waste out of the body. Sweating is a method that your system uses for cleaning, and if you do not sweat, how do you expect your body to get rid of waste? Exercise and health go hand in hand, movement is extremely imporant. In addition, exercise can also clear the mind and help with sleep for those that have problems with sleeping.
