It is astonishing that people do not understand how to feed and listen to the messages from their bodies. Fat is the road to disease and obesity is the super highway to get there! When you are sick it does not mean that you need drugs, it simply means that you need rest and to stop doing something that you did that caused that sickness or caused your immune system to not respond to the problem. Being fat is not normal, just because everyone is doing it does not mean it is right, good or normal.

Acidity, fat accumulates when a person consumes too much acid on a regular basis and does not neutralizes it. This simply put means that when you eat food or have drinks that are acidic; not at a pH balance, you are creating fatness, which leads to disease and cancer then a painful slow death. Acidic items include but are not limited to: sodas and pops such as colas, all meat, dairy, all sugared products including sweets and breads, anything alcohol, tobacco, and the list goes on – check out 101 not steps page to see a list of them all.

I know what you are thinking, “but my uncle”, yes I know he lived until 90. Can you imagine if he did not do what he did? Also, remember that he started out well before the world became the state that it is in today, all the food that you eat is toxic, all of it, so we have to do things to make up for it. Your uncle living to 90 is a testament to nature. Did he die of some sort of disease? Can you imagine how much longer he could have lived? I know what you are thinking now, you are think that 90 is good enough; but, do you want to be spending the past 40 years taking pills and being sick and lethargic? Because that is what will happen, it will not be a happy 40 years, you will be too tired and lazy to do anything, is that what you want? There are people in other parts of the world fathering children at 110, I think these people are enjoying their life, do you not? Just because your brain is clouded by the way getting older is imaged to be, do you not think that you could be wrong? You should die when you want to die now when you are made to die because of disease. I would want to die too if I could not run or get out of bed, but you can, there are people at the age of 90 plus running up mountains every morning loving and enjoying their lives. You do not know about them because you are only shown the old that are lethargic and sick and dying – no one tells you about what life should be at an older age. Once you make it off that couch you will see what is being said here to be true.

The rate of obesity and the rate of toxicity parallel each other. More studies these show that toxic chemicals make by man store in cancer tumors in high concentrations. The WHO predicts that by the year 2020 the rates of having cancer will increase and surpass 50 percent, at the rate we are going now. Toxins make you fat, over protein makes you fat, trans-fatty acids make you fat; this fat in itself causes cancer and disease. A current number on 68 percent of all Americans are overweight, the numbers in Canada are getting there as well. More than 34 percent are obese, which means over overweight. A John Hopkins study projects that by 2015 half the population is expected to be obese.

The World Cancer Research Fund (WCRF) has linked six types of cancers to obesity and fatness. It is easily assumed that all cancers and disease are linked to obesity it is just that the studies have yet to catch up to the logical theory.

Prostate cancer is one cancer that is very common in men, actually it is the most common and number one killer cancer for men over 75. There is a link between prostate cancer and obesity/fatness. Obesity doubles the chance of getting prostate cancer.

obesity2 Obesity, Fat, Cancer and DiseaseExtensive research has shown that the body uses fat tissue to store toxins, mainly tissue that has high levels of metabolic activity such as the blood, organs and muscle, so in turn the fat becomes a storage place for toxins to breed and start their damage, which is the bodies way of protecting the rest of the body from toxicity, giving the other parts of the body a longer time to live. This temporary natural procedure conducted by the body is a natural mechanism that the body does while waiting for you to fix the problem buying you time. If you do not take this message and time and do something about it, you will face the problems that come with the cause.

Liver, obesity is the major cause of liver problems, if you are fat it is guaranteed that your liver is dying, yes, dying! The liver is responsible for over 500 different functions, so if your liver is clogged, being fat is a good indication; you have or will have problems all over your body. The liver is also responsible for hormone functioning, so if you have any hormone related problems, this is why. Do not take drugs to fix this problem; the problem is not a deficiency in drugs but a dirty clogged system. If you take drugs, you will create more problems because drugs deplete nutrients creating a greater hole for you, in turn creating more disease.

Being fat is not normal, not natural and not good for you. Listen to your body, and understand it, look and listen to what it is telling you, or suffer the consequences. You can change one day at a time, but if you never start, you will never finish and reach optimal health, there is no tomorrow, only today, tomorrow does not exist. Think of all the other effects that you can eliminate that are effects of being fat or obese, all the other conditions that you have will go too, such as poor sex drive, laziness, depression, acne, and the list goes on – any other problems that you might have may go away and probably will once you are back to the state you are meant to be in, functioning optimally. We were designed with legs and arms, which are designed to move not be idle in front of a TV set. Our teeth are designed the same as a horse, with grinding mollars for vegetation not the teeth of a lion or tiger that have cutting teeth designed to cut the hide out of a zebra. Please use common sense when putting fuel in your body. We were meant to eat certain food and it is not that hard to figure out which they are if you understand nature.
