Lavender oil has many benefits and is a remedy for many health issues including insomnia, anxiety, depression, mood disturbances producing calming, soothing and sedative effects. Also used for headaches as a therapy, lavender oil additionally assists with nervous disorders, circulatory disorders, muscle and joint issues and exhaustion.
