How do I lose the weight and keep it off? The question of the century both for ignorance and popularity. There is a growing number of over weight people, which means there is a growing number of ignorant people. The answer is so simple no one will believe it; the answer is so easy but yet so difficult.

How about answering the question with another question such as what makes you fat? Most people probably know the answer to this one. The answer is lack of exercise and poor diet, right?

So, the answer for the famous question must be the opposite of that, which is the exercise and eat a proper diet; however, most people do not know what that is.

You do not need a gym to exercise, you can just do out doors and do some sort of sport. And as for diet, what has not fat? Just eat that! If you do not want to be fat, do not eat fat! So simple is it not?

As for diet, what has little fat and what has a lot of fat? If we were to answer this massive question, we would have to list just about everything in the food chart. So, instead we will make a list of what you can eat.

How about the heading, fruit. Eat just about any fruit you want besides the popular fat ones such as avocado, jack fruit and durian. They are good to eat and healthy for you but if you are trying to lose weight, maybe you should eat those after you have lost what you are trying to lose.

Eat as much as you can, you will be surprised by the results and how much fruit can keep you filled up.

With this kind of diet, you will not need as much calories as you are taking in now, however, you will find that you actually have a bit more energy.

What you need to do is take a fruit and eat as much of it as you can till you are full, then after a few hours,  pick another fruit and do the same. Do not mix your fruit; there is no need. Animals in nature do not do it and neither do we, since we are originally creatures of nature as they are. Just in case you did not figure it out… do not cook or heat/ kill your fruit before you eat it.

Towards the end of your day, have a salad, but before that have some fruit to raise your blood sugar level. Keep your salad to three or so vegetables and use different colors.

If the fruits and vegetables do not fill you up, it means that you are not eating enough – just eat more!

Do not put dressing on it because if you do you will probably be adding fat to your salad. Try a freshly squeezed orange as a dressing or if you are ready do not put any dressing at all. With some practice you will get back your taste for the great flavors that vegetables have.

The meals should not take more than minutes to prepare, if they do, you are doing something wrong. How long do you think it should take to peel a banana?

Beware of the side effects of eating this way; this type of eating will lead to fat loss.
