As Dr. Douglas explains, fat in the blood stream, due to the over consumption of fat, makes it difficult for the sugars to pass through the blood vessel wall and into the cell membrane, which forces the pancreas to create more insulin causing pancreatic fatigue, which leads to diabetes.
Even Dr. Thomas Lodi defines diabetes as an eating disorder; he has successfully taken an individual with diabetes and bring their blood sugar level to normal in a matter of a week simply by changing the individuals diet.
The importance of a proper diet designed for humans is unimaginable to the masses.
Our little bodies have the ability to repair itself the moment it is given the chance to do so. Some of the tools it needs, however, include: vitamins, minerals, amino acids, enzymes, fiber and water. Of course there is also a need for stable emotions – being happy and stress free.
Hint: low-fat, raw, vegan diet; learn about it.
