
Editors comments: The best way to preserve our health is to be on a low-fat, raw, plant-based diet. People who have tried it, have nothing negative to say about it.
We must all break free from the social conditioning that we have been taught from day one, and we must learn how to do things as they are meant to be done. There is so much misinformation and manipulated information that most people do not what to eat; further, they have little control over what they eat, want and do.
The commercial sector teach the people, and the people then take that information and teach each other. We must break free of this if we are to progress and function optimally. Substantial evidence supports and strongly suggests huge benefits are the outcome from a raw plant-based diet; the evidence is there if you look.
