If you cannot see your abs, you are over fat and under muscled. “Why are you fat?” This is a question that we all want to know the answer for.
We all hear about low fat diets and have all been confused with all the information that is created about them. Introducing, the lowest fat diet; it has also been found to be a safe diet because it supplies all the nutrients that is required and nothing more. There are no excess carbohydrates or proteins to turn into fat, or high fat foods that make you fatter in this diet.
Yes, excess carbohydrates and protein store as fat.
What makes us fat?
We are fat because we eat and drink too many things that make us fat; we do not exercise as much as we should either, or we exercise and eat more fat, which keeps us in the same place as before, fat.
There are too many things that make us fat; we cannot talk about them all here, but we can mention a few of them as general areas.
Junk fat drinks
Soda, coffees, alcohols, sport drinks, you name it. And unless it is distilled water, it is fattening. The drinks just mention all acts as diuretics, which remove more water than they come with when they go through the digestion process. If the body cannot recognize it as a usable product, it will not use it and simply store it as fat.
Junk fat cooked foodstuff
Deep-fried, fried, baked, roasted, grilled, barbecued, you name it, it will turn to fat because they are empty calories. If you were to put your hand in a deep fryer – thus burning (cooking) it – how much of the protein, carbohydrate, fat, vitamins in your skin, or minerals in your bones would survive? None is the answer; so, why do we think that when we burn (cook) food, any of the macro- or micro-nutrients will survive? How does this differ to our own body? The answer is that it does not. Do not eat anything cooked or burned. If you cook with oil, oil is 100% fat, zero protein, zero carbohydrates, and zero micronutrients.
Junk fat starch carbohydrates
When we eat starch carbohydrate food, we have to burn (cook) them in order to make them somewhat digestible; however, this destroys the nutrients and once again have created empty calories, in other words, we have to add fat, remember, if the body cannot use it, it will store it.
You cannot eat rice or noodles without adding something that is fattening to it, whether it be meat (an average of 50 percent fat), or some sugar (also fat) dominated sauce.
Further, for example, you might just mix it with some tomato sauce, found in spaghetti, in which the acids in the tomato destroy the enzymes that are secreted to digest the starch, forcing the starch to sit there and ferment. The tomato also sits in the stomach because it has to wait for the starch in order to continue to the intestine, where it was designed to digest; however, sitting in the stomach gives it the time it needs to start fermentation instead of digestion in the intestine. Fermentation leads to unusable food, which turns to fat amongst other things such as: alcohol, acetic acid, and carbon dioxide.
Grains (starches) have little water as well as soluble fiber to transport the food back out of the body. The starch is kept in the body and turns it into fat.
In addition, large amounts of addictive flavoring and chemicals have been added in the food such as MSG and other excitotoxins(sic). Junk snacks are considered as carbohydrates and work in the same way; however, they are also loaded with tons of sugar that is not only fat, but another name for addiction and toxins. Do not eat starches.
Junk fat flesh (meat) – including eggs and dairy
The human body functions properly with a less than 10% protein diet, anything that does not get used stores as fat. Babies drink mother’s milk (human), which contains less than one percent protein – .9%. Babies double and triple in size on human mother’s milk within a few months to a few years, and all on less than one percent protein. Adult humans do not need to double or triple in size, so the need of more than 10% is a complete waste, unless you want to be fat or un-naturally and unhealthily large. Steroids will do the same thing for you.
Chicken has 47 percent fat and too much protein – 53 percent, which also turns into fat since we need less than 10%, bringing the fat tally very near to 100% (USDA data base quoted numbers). The fat numbers of other meats, such as ground beef, are quite similar at 54 percent fat and 46 percent protein, which most is turned into fat as well.
Read about food combining and protein requirements, which also leads to fat creation. You can look do a search on 101healthsteps.com for the real protein requirement given to us by our governments and the World Health Organization. Read more about food combining here – click here.
The saturated fats found in flesh food are solid at room temperature unlike their unsaturated, liquid at room temperature, counterparts.
The low-est fat diet – the fruit solution
Sweet fruits on average have five percent, unsaturated fat; non-sweet fruits have an average of nine percent, unsaturated fat. Fruit digests in the intestine not in the stomach, so there is no need to worry about a bloated stomach and you abs can be seen more and more every day.
You will be so impressed that you will never turn back and love your body more and more as the days go by. These calories are full of micronutrients such as vitamins, minerals, enzymes, coenzymes, amino acids, phytonutrients and hundreds of other nutrients, which have not yet been discovered.
Eat as much as you can at one sitting. You might have to add a few extra meals to your usual three meals a day (assuming you do have three meals a day); do not be surprised if you eat 5 meals a day, but do not worry because it will leave your body almost as fast as it arrived. Fruit goes through the body faster than anything else you can possibly find to eat, but it will be there long enough for all its nutrients to absorb into your blood stream and go to all the places around the body that they are required to help you function optimally.
Learn from Demi Moore, does she not look great for her age and after all those children? Not too many people know that she was on a low-fat raw vegan diet (which is mainly fruit) after she gave birth, but that was her secret for looking as good after pregnancy as she did before.
And, if you add daily exercise to the diet, the sooner you will have an even slimmer body – muscles burn fat.
