(101 Health Steps) A recent article published on Yahoo Health presented information stating that breast cancer is a growing threat to the poor according to a study. This is the same findings that the documentary House of Numbers found when they analyzed the remarkable relationship between AIDS and the poor. According to the findings from House of Numbers, unhealthy individuals are remarkably and very clearly at more danger of getting AIDS. The difference with the poor and the malnourished individuals on the SAD diet, which is the Standard American Diet, is that the poor have different kinds of disease than the wealthy, industrialized nations.
“The number of cases and deaths from breast and cervical cancer is rising in most countries across the world, especially in poorer nations where more women are dying at younger ages, according to a global study of the diseases.” – Yahoo Health post
The poor generally do not get the same diseases as the rich, and the rich do not get the same diseases and illnesses as the poor. This is clearly explained in “The China Study” by T. Colin Campbell. Disease is inevitable when people are malnourished and in unsanitary environments. A healthy, strong body is not prone to those diseases.
The study posted on Yahoo fails to highlight that the number of breast cancer victims are still a growing concern, and the fact is that just because the women are being diagnosed with their diseases are found early, it does not mean that they last any longer than they would if the cancer was found at a later time. Meaning that individuals simply get diagnosed earlier giving the impression that they are living longer.
